In a class by itself -- just don't lose the charger/base
My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I love it. the sound quality is in a class by itself. The comfort and ability to size it to any ears is what makes this headset truly outstanding. Most of them you have to really force a "one size fits all" fit your head and they did not feel secure at all.

The people that I am talking to aren't constantly asking "what???" and I'm able to hear people clearly even when I'm outside.

I love the way the charger base doubles as a case because I can throw the whole thing in my purse and not worry about it getting lost or crushed. This is a BIG advantage in my mind.

My only "ding" is that the charger is unlike any other -- the jack is particularly small -- so if you lose that, you are stuck. I have searched high and low for a replacement (I usually like to have at least 2 so I can charge at work and at home) but it seems like the only way I'm going to be able to have a "spare charger", then I'm going to have to buy an additional headset.

If anyone knows a source for a replacement charger, please let me know!

Other than that -- if you are more organized than I am and not in the habit of losing little things like chargers -- I would highly recommend this headset.

Outstanding bluetooth headset
This headset has a relatively simple, unique design which makes it extremely easy to get a good fit. The ear loop is attached to a bar which can be adjusted up or down and then the ear loop can be swung over the ear. It fits better than any other bluetooth that I have used. Also, it has a little button in front that can be used for taking or terminating calls.

The charging system is also outstanding. You simply put the headset into its small case and it connects to a contact and begins charging.

Expensive but well worth the price.

Finally, it works
I've tried four or 5 bluetooth headsets, all with disappointing results. The Bang & Olufsen is well made, and works well. It's true, I can HEAR! and be heard. At $350.00 its pricey, but worth it. The others that I've tried, and discarded, cost much more, and they are worthless.
