These tea bags are supposed to lower your blood pressure by 65% according to a article in a magazine I read while at the doctors. Can't remember the magazine. I had a hard time finding these hibiscus tea bags in the stores, so I went to amazon and sure enough there they were. I am happy to report that my blood pressure has come down to normal. I drink one cup a day and it is delicious. I intend to purchase more in the future.
