Too Long
These may be good but they are the longest vitamins I have ever seen. I cannot swallow them no matter what and I have been swallowing pills since I was 6. (nearly 50 years ago). They are about the size of two good and plenty's tacked together end to end. Just FYI before you buy.

Liquid soft-gel means no nausea
I've been taking these multi-vitamins for about a year now. I began taking them as a compromise between completely liquid multi-vitamins and normal dry multi-vitamins. The completely liquid mutli-vitamins were recommended to me by a doctor friend as they are absorbed rapidly by the body; however, they require refrigeration and are fairly expensive.

On the other hand, the dry multi-vitamins are harsh on my stomach and I become nauseated at the smell when I open the bottle. This means I often skip taking them.

The reason I like these vitamins is that they're in mostly liquid form, don't require refrigeration (important for me as I often go places where one isn't readily available), are easy on my stomach, and I don't have to deal with the smell that I do other brands. And, they're relatively inexpensive.

They are a bit large, but not enormously so. I find I can easily swallow 2 of these and 3 other pills at once with a sip of water.
