Excellent Roll Your Own Baby Kit
I just got these blankets & DVD combo today, and I just swaddled the heck out of my son. He is wrapped so tight, his little arms can't move AT ALL.

I've had this kid for like three weeks, and I've been trying and failing to swaddle him in the standard receiving blankets. Problem is, they're all 1) too small, and 2) not stretchy enough. I defy anybody to get a decent swaddle going when you can't even wrap that last tail around the baby and tuck it in. I know some parents advocate staples, but I AM NOT ONE OF THEM.

THESE blankets, on the other hand, are 1) HUGE 2) lightweight & stretchy, and 3) have a DVD with this KILLER swaddle technique. They demo two different ones on there, but you really owe it to yourself (and your baby) to put the extra five minutes in to learning technique #1.

Do bear in mind that these blankets are for swaddling, which means "pinning baby arms." They are not for keeping warm. You should not expect your baby to be winter-ready after you wrap it in one of these, because if you do, then you will be endangering your baby by bringing it out into the freezing cold wearing almost nothing.

However, when it comes to pinning baby arms, HOLY COW! These things are AWESOME.

Greatest summer blanket ever!!!!!!
I adore these blankets and they are perfect for summer. It covers the baby while keeping her cool, great for nursing b/c they are "breathable" and keeping the car seat covered while napping. My baby can get out of her swaddle in these blankets but I still love them and will get these for all friends that have summer newborns.

I just discovered these blankets and had to buy 3 more. Everyone with a baby should buy these blankets. These are so much better than any receiving blankets I've used before. They are really big so it's really easy to keep your baby wrapped up especially if your baby likes to be swaddled. They are so light that they are perfect or hot weather. My daughter just loves to have these to grab on to.
