Phone good, service not
I had a phone like this for three years, washed it, and it was then no good. My fault. I really loved this phone. My cell phone service provider, AT&T, no longer sold this phone so I decided to search Amazon and bought the phone there. BIG MISTAKE. The phone doesn't work with my AT&T service. I called AT&T and they said because it is not an "AT&T manufactured phone", it won't work correctly. When I get a voice mail it comes through like a text, the camera doesn't work, I can't set up my voice mail message, and when I check my voice message, I then get a blank text. The book that came with the phone is all in Spanish. I don't see the point in purchasing a phone on the internet without going through the phone service provider. So now this phones is useless to me and I have to go to AT&T and spend more money to get a phone that works with their service. Besides all that, I have always like the phone itself.

Great Little phone!
I have had this phone for over 2yrs now. It's a great phone. Very sturdy....my teenage daughter carries it with her when she goes out so it has withstood a ton of abuse. Very clear reception. I have service when others don't in certain areas. Only thing I would change is a louder ringtone. I love this phone! It fits easily in my front pocket and the vibrate mode is very loud and easy to feel.

I have this phone for 2 years and I approve. Its small size has been convenient because it can fit in all of my pockets! I am very clumsy, and drop it often, but it just keeps going. I have dropped it in water twice and accidentally frozen it, but its great. The only downfall is the texting. In my phone it doesn't let you add words to the dictionary, so you have to spell words out syllables at a time. Not all models of this phone have this set back, my friend's doesn't.
ps...if you drop it too many times, the key pad might fall out. I am terribly hard on my phone!
