Customer Reviews

Poor construction and not soft.1
We got these because they came in California King size, were a respectable price, and 600 threadcount.

We washed them before using them, a generally good precaution anyway.

I'm pretty hairy, and even I could feel the scratchiness of these sheets. We have 200 and 300 threadcount queen sheets which are smoother and softer than these. It feels like these are 50% polyester.

Also, at some point in the night we had to pull the sheets up a little. The trim along the top tore loose in the middle, 2 inches long. Actually, it wasn't a tear. It was a ripped stitch.

Rather than being a bit of the sheet fabric folded over and hemmed, this is a separate piece which is sewn onto the last 2mm of the sheet. There is no rolled edge or other support. This design probably would have come apart after 5 or 6 washes, even if we'd been super delicate with them.

It looks like someone saw an assembled sheet and was told to make something that looks the same, and then the apprentice tailor made them.

I strongly recommend against these.

Sandpaper sheets1
I saw the 2 other reviews and thought these would be good sheets. They were delivered by Amazon and they were beautiful, with a smooth shiny surface. They fit our new Stearns and Foster bed, which is very deep.

We slept on them that very night. It was like fine grade sandpaper and was uncomfortable against my cheek.

Not so nice...2
I'm with the reviewer who had a hard time believing these were 600 TC sheets. They feel very thin to me. They're a little stiff and rough, too, although I don't mind that so much as I mind the thinness. They are also DEFINITELY a sateen, which wasn't stated in the description. I think they look a little cheap, with the satiny shine over a brightly colored sheet.

I only paid $26 for a queen sized set, and even at that great price, I regret my purchase.
