So Disappointed
I wish that I could say that this changing table/dresser is everything I had hoped. I chose it because of its beautiful, unique design. However, I can't tell because it is still in pieces all over the nursery floor. When I received the dresser, two of the parts were damaged. I called the company one month ago for replacement parts and was told that it would be two weeks. When two weeks came and went, I called back and was told that they had experienced an unexpected problem with their company and were not able to ship it yet. When three weeks had gone by, I was lied to and told that they called the manufacturer and it would be shipped the next day and I would receive it by the end of the week. When the end of the week came and went with no delivery, I called back and now I am being told that it will be another two weeks. My baby is going to be born any day now and, thanks to this irreputable company, I have nowhere to change her. It's a shame because it does appear to be a lovely product, but DO NOT order this dresser unless you are prepared to wait a lifetime to receive simple, adequate service. I am truly disgusted with this company.

Disappointed at first..but now satisfied
Like the other two reviews...I ordered this product online and sight unseen. I was so excited because this changer was PERFECT with my daughters nursery..nothing else that I had found was even close. I ordered through BRU site and received the product rather quickly, but after having seen how it was packaged, I had a feeling there would be problems. Upon seeing if we had everything, we found that a total of 12 peices had been totally damaged in shipping. Now, if it would have been a simple scratch or something hidden, I would have been able to deal with it, but the wood was totally damaged!!! I immediated called BRU and they would have been happy to ship another one right away which I had them do..in the meantime we called South Shore and like one of the other reviewers, I had similar problems with their service...long story short, it took me two months to FINALLY get the replacements that were damaged! I have to say that after this experience I will never buy another south shore product....however on a good note, the changing table and the 4 drawer dresser that matches it looks WONDERFUL in my daughters room almost a year later it's stood up and is very sturdy! Not quite sure if it was worth all the hassle but like I said, I had my heart set on this product.

Satisfaction NOT Guaranteed
I had ordered this changing table/dresser from a different source but like the other review I had the same type problems. It was missing the instruction booklet, a small tool and the BASE of the table. It comes in a million pieces and until you start working through the instructions there is no way to tell what problems will be experienced. I had it all over the nursery floor and the company told me it would be 10-15 days until the base could be delivered. I was really really upset. They are supposedly shipping the missing piece but I contacted babiesrus and they offered me a better deal to return it and get something else. I'm curious to see if I ever get the missing piece.
