Man, this is good stuff. The thing I really like about this is you can customize the taste to what you want. The directions give you a nice tasting hard cider, but from there I had to make it a little sweeter (personal preference you can go more or less, it is really up to you). The only thing that sucks is waiting to taste your creation (fermentation and carbonation), but it is well worth it in the end.
