Portable and effective5
Love this product. The accessories fit into the bag and the DVD gives the option of separate 10-min focus workouts or an intensive all-over 40-min workout. The firm provides both cardio and strength for toning and fat-burning - my 17-year old daughter & I highly recommend!

Great Product!5
This cardio-to-go-kit is great especially when I don't have a lot of time. The instructor was easy to follow and she takes the time to break it down at a good pace. The resistance bands and the loop are great, and it's a great alternative to using weights. I love using this and enjoy working out with it.

Good kit for the price. I was unable to find another like it in this price category.

The band can be made more challenging by changing how you hold it. Don't forget the jump rope needs "assembly" before use - watch the DVD extra to learn your ideal length, then unscrew the handles and take a look at the black knob at the end of the rope. Push it back until it is the right length and secure it at both ends with the small black plastic hood. Cut off the extra length.

I like the workout options - approx. 10 minutes each of core, arms, legs, jump rope. Or the whole thing straight through for 45 minutes. I choose to focus on one area a day and mix it with the jump rope. For example: core, jump rope, core, jump rope, core, jump rope. Three sets for both the jump rope section and the strength training section is about right. That way you can do it every day (while traveling) and let some muscle groups rest.

Didn't have a problem with the instructor. Focus on the voice and not as much watching the moves on tv - seems fine.

Overall, happy with this purchase.
