The HPS ballast is ready to plug into standard 110/120 household voltage (easily changed to 220/240 volts). Good Light, Great Service
This kit is really two-in-one, since the HPS ballast comes with HPS bulb and an MH conversion bulb that works in the same socket. Also includes the reflector hood and a timer.

My garden thrived under the MH lighting for a few weeks, then the bulb failed. But one short phone call and less than a week later, a replacement bulb arrived; in this century you just can't beat that kind of service!
