This was the nicest looking humidity tray and it seems to be working exactly as advertised. Unfortunately the best window for my houseplants is also where the heat/ac register is. Adding this tray has helped my plants quite a bit.

AMAZON SHIPPING SUCKS. Item was "In Stock" and I selected overnight shipping but it took 8 days to arrive!?!? THE ITEM DIDN'T SHIP UNTIL AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE I WAS GIVEN AND ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING WEEK!

I used the CALL ME feature of customer service - My suggestion is to get off the phone ASAP when the 1st rep calls because they only have the authority to read to you over the phone what you can see on your account page. Once you get off the phone amazon sends you an email and then select you were not satisfied and a REAL CS rep will contact you.
