customer service has improved
I tried to bump the star rating up to 3, but couldn't. this product goes fast if you don't move fast, but the customer service is good. Worked with Troy today (Saturday) and he agreed to refund the shipping fee.

Useless products
I bought this stuff and it did nothing. They have a very poor attitude and told me if I didn't like the results I should go rent a aerator. I took the product to the head groundskeeper at our golf course and he laughed and said there is nothing in there to expect any difference. He said next time just go out and throw a cup of coffee in the grass and it will do as much good.

Starting to see results
Lazy Man Liquid Gold is very easy to use. Directions are clear and we are now seeing results after 3 applications. Soil that was impacted clay is now loose about 1/4 inch deep. The water is starting to soak in on rains instead of puddling. Pulling weeds is much easier too. I am happy with the results and will continue to use the product.
