Can't live without this stuff!
Five years ago, before age 40, I was losing my hair at an alarming rate and no amount of supplementation seemed to help. I started to get hot flashes. My libido was shot. I was irritable, low in energy, and my periods were coming closer and closer together till half my life was spent waiting for the next one. I had lots of headaches and fibroid masses in my breasts and ovaries. Perhaps the worst part, though, was that I was losing my mind. I got to where I had to strain to remember the names of my children living at home!!!

Within one month of trying this product, I couldn't believe the difference. It turned my life around. I got my sex drive back, better than it had ever been, along with thick, healthy hair, improved skin, my old vigor, and clarity of mind so that I could take up new and old languages which only weeks before had been impossible. All my fibroid tumors disappeared, along with the accompanying tenderness.

I have played with the dosage over the past four or five years and find that for me, using it morning and evening keeps my periods spaced apart best. If I forget to start using it again after two weeks off it (you only use it the second half of your cycle) or cut back to once a day, the next cycle will sneak up on me faster. As for the other symptoms, none of them has ever returned, regardless of the dose, though I have on occasion gone as long as two months without taking this product. I cannot recommend it too highly!

Oh, and do you know that bioidentical progesterone not only halts but actually reverses bone loss? That is something I forgot to mention -- I used to lie awake nights screaming in agony with excruciating pain in my back and hips that no amount of calcium or anything else would alleviate. Within a month of progesterone therapy, it was gone and has never come back. Progesterone opposes estrogen, and with all the antibiotics, pesticides, and plastics that surround us, we are all way overloaded with estrogen.

A good way to know if you need progesterone is to try it for a few days. If you get abdominal cramping or excess menstrual bleeding, probably not. But rare is the U.S. woman in her 40's or older who cannot benefit from this miracle substance! And it is totally safe, unlike the synthetic stuff most doctors prescribe that will only kill you faster. :)
