Not chiropractically recommended...
First of all, i am a chiropractor, so it's important for me to be able to use a product personally before i would recommend it to my patients.
This is day 1 of using this chair, and although i do not have as much back pain as i do with a conventional office chair, i have been unable to find a comfortable position all day. I understand there is a 2 week break-in period, however, the amount of discomfort i feel necessitated me writing this review immediately. The following is a short list of the issues i have had with this chair today:
Height - The height of this chair is listed as 25-29", and at the lowest setting is still too high for my desk. Also, i am unable to touch my toes completely to the floor (or rest them on the back ledge of the chair)... therefore, more pressure is put on the front of my shins (which causes discomfort). I am 5'3", which could definately be an issue with the chair height.
Seat and knee cushions - The angle of each are non-adjustable, therefore there's not much room to make modifications in comfort. Also, my butt has gone almost numb throughout the day... so although there is 2" of cushion, it is still very hard. The material of this chair is very thick and reminds me of kneeling (and sitting) on a hard carpet all day... which is not very comfortable. Also, the square edges of this chair produces pressure points on your hamstrings and shins... also not very comfortable. I am thinking rounded edges would be more comfortable.
Height adjuster - This is the first thing i noticed when i put this chair together. Once you secure the height adjuster to the seat column, it is almost impossible to adjust the height without taking it apart again. You adjust the height by unscrewing a plastic round part in the middle of the column... and it's not as easy as it sounds. In fact, i brought the alan wrench to the office with me in case i had to adjust the height to my desk.
Price - I paid $[...] for this chair on [...] (without the tempurpedic material... which if buying this chair, i would probably recommend over the regular material of this chair). Before buying this chair, i would search amazon for the same chair at the shorter height (20-24")... which is half the amount i paid for this chair. Overall, i would not recommend this chair to any of my patients. I will be returning this chair immediately, and trying a much cheaper (shorter) kneeling chair... hopefully i will find my match.
I have not given up on the concept of the kneeling chair, and i do believe it is much more beneficial for your spine and posture than traditional office chairs. When sitting, your low back (lumbar) curve flattens, and more pressure is exerted on your discs. Also, your low back muscles become stretched and weakened... thus increasing risk of low back pain and injury. When sitting on a kneeling chair, your hips are forced forward, maintaining your low back lumbar curve... therefore less pressure is exerted on your discs, and you are more supported by your joints (which occurs in your upright/standing posture).
I will write more after trying out my next chair...

Jobri kneeling chair - broken and outdated model
The chair I received was broken and had been repaired with wood dowels and glue. The fabric covering for the seat was outdated and attracted every piece of dust or lint in the room. Vitality Web (the online back products store that came up through my Amazon search for this chair) offered to either send me another chair (but they were unwilling to check it before they sent it) or charge me a 10% re-stocking fee as well as my having to pay the return freight fee of $40.00 for the privilige of returning a broken chair. In order to be done with them, I sent the chair back. (And may end up paying $60 or more for no chair.) The folks at Jobri have made an effort to be helpful. I sent them pictures of the chair I received. Jobri has offered to reimburse the company if they refund my money. Hopefully they will be able to follow through. As for Vitality-Web, beware the re-stocking fees and the high cost of freight on these types of items. I have spent hours dealing with this and in the end, may get lucky and break even, but maybe not. I'm going out today to purchase a kneeling chair from a local brick and mortar store that will stand behind their products.
