Product Description
Maple Sugar is created from the sap of the sugar maple. The water is boiled off in a very difficult process, requiring much skill so as not to burn the sugar. It is about twice as sweet as regular table sugar. This basic seasoning can be used in many ways. It can be eaten with grains, fish, fruits and vegetables, or dissolved in water for drinks or teas.
