BEWARE when ordering fuul-size blanket
This review does not knock the quality of the blanket. We have been using Sunbeam electric blankets for years with no problem - rather we have a problem with Amazon's advertising: it does NOT state (unless they've since changed it) that two controls come with the KING and QUEEN-sized blankets only... NOT with the FULL-sized blanket. The photos in the ad show two controls for the blanket. We ordered the full-sized blanket and when we got it, right on the package it states that two controls are furnished with queen and king blankets only. Big disappointment! So back it went for a refund. Unless they insert this information in the ad, make sure you know precisely what you are going to get.

If you can get past the initial "shedding", you are going to love it! It provides an intense heat at all settings.

Excellent Purchase!
This blanket has provided some great comfort during this cold, cold winter. It warms up fairly quickly (usually within 5 minutes) and spreads the heat pretty evenly. The controls are easy to work and I do like the auto-shutoff feature. The blanket does pill up slightly, but I use it under a comforter anyways, so it's never noticed. Also, the mushroom color was significantly less expensive than the rest of the colors. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a warm, economical blanket.
