Amazon.com Product Description
The only collapsible water barrel on the market, Heaven and Earth’s knockdown barrel catches roof water runoff for watering lawns, irrigating gardens and topping off birdbaths and swimming pools while cutting back on that summer water bill. Great for areas experiencing water shortages or water restrictions, the rain barrel comes with a filter, tap and overflow valve. Best of all, the barrel drains and collapses quickly for easy, compact storage at the end of the season.

The rain barrel is made of heavy-duty, puncture-resistant laminated 3-ply UV-resistant polyester for strength, durability and weather-resistance. An easy-access zipper hides filter to keep leaves and debris from rain barrel. Supported by heavy-duty resin legs, the barrel's overflow valve at the top keeps water from pooling up and attracting mosquitoes. Perfect for gardens and patios with limited space, a threaded release valve at the bottom lets you attach a hose to run rainwater to thirsty plants. Five heavy-duty resin legs offer plenty of support. Legs slide into the material for easy assembly.

False advertising1
I was very excited to get a collapseable rain barrel that could hold a significant amount (156 gallons). I should have know this was too good to be true the picture for each sized product available was the same. Then when I received the rain barrel it only held 56 gallons not 156 and the price charged was 3x the amount for the 56 gallon size. Had I not noticed this company would have had my money and I would have been stuck with a wrong product. Shame on you!! A warning for all read carefully and check to make sure what you order is correct. Amazon returned the product with not hassle but now I am still looking for a rain barrel.

Heaven and Earth rain barrel1
Since I live in a drought area of south Florida I wanted to collect whatever rain water is available to use in my garden boxes. I bought this 156 gallon barrel and my son and I set it up a couple of weeks ago. The directions left a lot to be desired. They were very vague. The barrel will not stand up - I though it was probably because there has been no water in it. It is not sturdy at all. Last night it began to rain, and I could scarcely get the thing to stand up enough to begin to collect the rain water. It wants to collapse all the time. Also, once you GET it standing up, the rain doesn't collect on the top of the barrel sufficiently to flow into the collection filter. I will probably have to throw it out and find another barrel, because I won't be able to get money back on a product that has been "in use" for two weeks. However, I will be much more careful in the future about "too good to be true" products.Heaven and Earth 156 Gallon Rain Water Barrel - Knock Down

I agree with the other reviews. The instuctions are vague and it doesn't even come with an attachment to hook up to your existing drain (so now I am searching all over to piece together a device to hook up to my gutters). The barrel does NOT stand up on its own as air leaks out and it collapses in on itself. This would only be good if it was actually full right from the start. I would certainly like to return mine. Not sure if it does hold 156 gallons, but it looks big enough that it could. I am still going to try to use it, but I recommend a plastic rain barrel instead.
