Product Description

Both the orange flower water nd rose water are made near Grasse, the capital of French perfumes and scents. Chocolate mousse, crêpes, gâteau Breton, madeleines, the celebrated bugnes lyonnaises, ices, creams and more, call for Rose flower water. Rose water, a staple ingredient of Middle Eastern pastries, is less common in French recipes, although it is used in sorbets and fruit compotes

Perfume Use Only4
I'm a sucker for cute packaging, which is mainly why I purchased it (from a local grocer - they didn't seem to be too knowledgeable of their products), but I'd say it was a little over-priced for the size (here on Amazon and at the store). It's quite strong... I don't believe it's food-grade (rosewater is a must-have for Persian desserts). Because of its strong concentration, I would not recommend spritzing this on your face, either. I'd stick to just using this as a perfume, and use Cortas or some other brand for cooking/facial toner.

a great product5
I was very pleased when I got the Rose water.I have used it twice and I can not tell you how my apple pie tasted, it was geat. Thanks Carolyn White

A little disappointed..5
I love ALL THINGS FRENCH but I must say, I was not fond of this Rose water. Perhaps, I am simply use to the Rose water from Lebanon which is absolutely delicious. Monteux tasted very different. It comes in a small plastic bottle, not glass and seems to be a watered down version of what I am use to.

My overall review is that I prefer the rose water imported from Lebanon. It is much more aromatic and tasty.
