Needs Work
Well I just finished my first salad using the Fit & Fresh Salad Chiller Dome. My experience caused me to google Fit & Fresh Shaker reviews, just to see if I was the only one a bit unsatisfied. Well it seems that this new version of their Salad line has many of the same problems as the others.

Positives:
- Holds a nice amount of salad, especially if you are using it as main portion of meal.
- Holds more than enough dressing, I filled it only half way and my entire salad was covered after shaking.

Negatives:
- Hard to open, felt like I had to wrestle it down to pop open the lid.
- The cap on the salad dressing compartment not so great. The cap came completely loose from the cartridge when dressing deployed creating a fun game of Find the Slimey Cap. (in other F&F salad product reviews people criticized the dressing container for being difficult to clean. I just put a squirt of soap and a bit of hot water into the container...put the cap back on...and shook it vigorously and poured it out. No problem took maybe 15 seconds.)
- The collapsable fork, completely useless. One of the greatest features I thought since I wouldn't have to waste a disposable plastic fork. But folded the tines out and with every attempt to stick the salad the fork would collapse, or the few times it did not collapse on sticking the salad it would collapse when I then tried to eat the salad...made for a few good laughs at my expense. But in the end had to go get a plastic fork.

NOTE: I have a fridge at my office so I left the ice pack at home. So I cannot comment on whether this ice pack has the same issues as reported in other product reviews.
