I had the Wilton case, but it was huge and it retained weird smells. My only real complaint about this carrier is that it doesn't leave much room for tall decorations if you're using both trays. And I have to put dry pasta in the bottom pan to get the decorated cakes out without getting my fingers in the frosting.

I love to use up extra batter by making mini muffins or cupcakes. Mini cupcakes can be stacked on regular ones for decoration, or feed them to your enormous baby. That's what I do.

Mine is packed. I don't use Wilton food colors, though, so the place for those is empty and useless.

I have offset spatulas in various sizes, really handy for icing cakes and cupcakes as well as for plucking them out of the baking pans to cool.

Cookies slide off like...yeah.

I love the beaters, they're so easy to clean.

I have this in red, it's awesome to use real espresso in recipes that call for the powdered stuff. It's also awesome to own an espresso machine.
