I tried Foreman and Ultrex and this is MUCH better and much more versatile by far. The package indicates you can cook eggs on it but in my experience you can't unless the unit is perfectly level on the counter top. Otherwise the eggs just run right off. It's great for everything else though.

I decided to replace my unreliable Ultrex electric skillet & Cuisinart was my first choice for a new one. The surface is truly non-stick, it's easy to clean, heats evenly, even sears well which my last skillet didn’t. It’s very large so it transitions easily from making everyday family meals to holiday creations for a crowd. It also has 2 handles that make it easy to carry to the table. I love it!

Got this to replace my Cuisinart minichopper, the motor of which died while trying to grind dried shrimp for a Thai dish. That little thing was a piece of junk (Cuisinart was giving them away for free with their other appliances), but this one is fabulous with a much more powerful motor.

Got this ages ago and it's still a workhorse, but Cuisinart has come out with the Elite which offers 3 different sized work bowls from 4 1/2 cups up to 16 cups, all of which you can fill to the top which you can't do on their older models. At some point I'm replacing my 11 cup and 3 cup models with one Elite.

I love the clean lines and simplicity of this flatware. I got it in the stainless for everyday and the gold for special occasions. I've been trying to get additional hostess sets but the manufacturer doesn't respond.

I love the look of a professional restaurant style kitchen and these shelves not only gave me many storage options with accessories from Intermetro, but also the look I love.

I got one of these second hand from a restaurant supplier to use as a kitchen counter. It looks fantastic and perfect matches the stainless cabinets I got from Ikea that I put underneath it. (Mine didn't come with the drawer pictured.)

I HAD to have these. They have super clean lines, nice and heavy and they just look so great. Yes they're expensive, but I use them every day and will probably never have to buy another pot again, so it's worth it. (I've already been through 2 sets of other brands of cookware.)

I got this hoping it would give me a good deal of insight on the Avon Cape Cod Collection (which I have several pieces of). It's not very informative and most of the information in the book you can find on the web.
