Awesome back pain relief5
I bought this at the recommendation of my friend and it has kept my back free of pain. It keeps me from slouching.

Only if you like G-strings. 2
Many on here talk about how great the design and how it solves the problem of the singlet lifting up. While this is correct, the downside is that you get the worst wedgy as the shirt tries to lift up.

I had to cut off the crotch part as I could not stand the wedgy any longer. Trust me, unless you like the feel of a g-string, go for the plain singlet instead!!!

On to something!4
Underworks is definitely on to something with the snap on "crotch piece" for lack of a better phrase. This keeps the shirt from rolling up (a major drawback from virtually all their other compression/binder shirts). The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is that is doesn't compress as much as I would like in the stomach, although I am used to the double front compression shirt which is really too tight. Still highly recommended for moderate smoothing/compression for the abdomen.
