Very strong compression garment
I got this to help me with my back pain and at first it was difficult to get on but once on it gives very strong upper body compression. I would wear this when I really want something strong for the day but I have a couple of others from the same company thats a little more relaxed. Great shirt, serious power.

It's ok not great
I think it is too expensive for what it is.
I compresses but it's really hot.
Unwearable during a hot summer day.

chest binder
i got this reading the other reviews not knowing what to expect, at first wear yes the shirt is really really tight but you tottaly get used to it. it works GREAT! it doesn't do anything to suck in your gut if thats what your looking for but i makes your chest look great! Looks like i have pecs when i wear this shirt it's really awesome. and it just looks like a spandex shirt. I really recommend this item!
