It's Halloween night and spooky things are going on at the Monroe house. The wind is howling. The walls are creaking. Howie, the little dachshund, is scared silly. And Chester, of course, is sure the vampire bunny, Bunnicula, is up to something. Harold would just as soon sleep through the whole scary night, but then a witch sneaks into the Monroes' kitchen and starts stirring up a witch's brew. Will Bunnicula be its main ingredient? Before you say BOO! it's Harold, Chester, and Howie to the rescue.

Scared Silly Review by a Parent
This is my 5 year old son's favorite story. He likes me to read it to him and he especially loves the part about the vampire rabbit. It is good, wholesome entertainment and keeps the interest of even my 9 year old.
A fun little story
My daughter picked this one to practice her reading. It's a fun little story about Harold the dog, Howwie the pup, Chester the cat, Bunnicula the Rabbit, and the human Monroes which Harold says he does not hold that against them.
It's Halloween and the Monroes head off to a costume party. Chester is convinced Bunnicula is a Vampire rabbit. Harold thinks he is nuts. Things start to get spook when the lights go out. There are Goblins which Chester tells Howwie they are looking for puppies to eat. A witch comes to visit and picks up Bunnicula and heads off to the kitchen. Harold then decides they have to save him after seeing the look Bunnicula gives him.
Overall this was a well crafted story and has decent art work to make it a fun read for kids and parents at bed time.
Scared Silly
Excellent service I thought it was a hard back and it turned out to be a paperback but the price should have told me.
