Good-looking, mostly waterproof blue ink; good on bad paper, too.
This is one of the best-behaved fountain pen inks on bad paper; it only rarely prints through even bad paper. Unlike most fountain pen inks, this ink is waterproof enough for writing on envelopes and shipping labels. It is also waterproof enough for writing in daily planners and pocket calendars, since those also run the risk of getting wet (spilled drinks, being dropped onto wet floors or sidewalks, etc.). This ink, unlike most fountain pen blue inks, canNOT be erased/eradicated by eradicators like the Pelikan Super-Pirat; students need to know this. However, this ink is not safe for writing checks. Among this ink's competition in this color, only the "Bulletproof" colors among the blue colors from Noodler's Ink are truly waterproof and safe for writing checks.

Good ink, works like a charm in my stealth VP. I tried using Waterman ink in the same pen and it squeaked like a rusty wheel, guess it's a picky pen.

I bought a bottle of this ink a while back to test it with my fountain pens. I practice law so it is important to have an ink that will remain permanent and blue is an excellent color to distinguish my actual signature from a copy or a stamp. I have found this ink to be well worth the money. It works well with all my fountain pens whether they be Mont Blanc, Waterman, PaperMate, Cross or any of the other pens I have. Whether the pens are brand new or 50 years old this ink does the job. Whether the nibs are fine or medium this ink lays down smooth with a beautiful blue color.

I liked it so much that I bought 3 extra bottles, two for my study at home and an extra for my office so I would be sure not to run out.
