Dnealian home school activities5
This is the only way children should learn to print and write. It is absolutely outstanding and beats the old ball and stick routine to pieces. I used it with all four of my children (ages 23, 21, 19 & 15 now) when they were first learning to print. There is no confusion with "b" and "d" and the strokes are easy to master. Awesome!!

no more handwriting blues5
after 2 years home-schooling my son using a traditional handwriting program, I was ready to pull out my hair! i decided to try d'nealian because it's what our local school district uses. this workbook is just right for my son. it's enough work for him to get used to forming his letters this way, but not so much work that he gets frustrated. i like that for each letter there are verbal directions given. because of the switch, my son's letter formation is a lot more consistent already and we've barely begun! since he wants to write all his letters the new way, i let him look at the alphabet on the back page for reference. for the first time, my son is beginning to enjoy handwriting!

Good product, not over 1000 pages4
by [...] I purchased this thinking it was over 1000 pages like the information says, but it is more like 50 pages. That was disappointing. But the lessons are easy and my children enjoy them. They teach a flowing style of writing that easily adapts to cursive. The lessons transition quickly so there is no boredom with repetition. Worth the price.
