good for someone new to healthy shopping
This is a good video for someone who is new to healthy shopping. If you often go to health stores there may not be much for you. However this is a great if you have unhealthy eating habits and need some tips on what to buy. It could be good gift for a parent or a friend. I am going to send this to my mother.
