Editorial Reviews

Album Description
July 4, 2008 was a landmark night at the DTE Energy Music Centre in the 41-year touring career of Detroit's own Ted Nugent, as he performed his 6,000th show to a raucous hometown crowd. For the 20,000+ that attended, this show was an affirmation that a Ted Nugent show is not just a show...it is a celebration. A celebration of life, a celebration of Motor City rock n' roll and, on this night, a celebration of over 40 years of touring to all corners of the earth.

Uncle Ted Still Rocks5
Uncle Ted still rocks. He is animated and on fire. He takes every song to the next level. Ted always puts on a good show and on this is one his best shows in years. Cheers to Uncle Ted. Keep rockin.

Love to Hate to Love You, Uncle Ted.5
Let's get this straight. I'm not someone who gushes over Ted Nugent. His politics are light years away from mine. He's loud, brash, bombastic, self-centered, obnoxious and often opinionated to the point where I'm disgusted. That said, there is nobody else on planet Earth who can kill on the guitar like Uncle Ted. I've got to give credit where credit is due. If I want to get the housework done, I listen to Ted Nugent. If I want the dishes to sit in the sink until next summer, I listen to Barry Manilow. It's all relative. Nugent rocks, despite all of that...
