E-Commerce Overload
While E-Commerce 2009 has some great information, the authors need to remember that time is money. Cut back on the text. Use an editor. I scan the margins and read the case studies for class, and I seem to do just fine with that piece of an all-too-large pie.
E-Commerce
This textbook is very easy to read and understand. It gives very good and thorough information with a lot of graphs and tables to help you understand the information. Overall a very good textbook.
proofing errors are distracting.
The overall book quality is pretty good. The later chapters are very useful. There are several (so far I have counted 11) grammatical errors that should have been caught during proofing that distract the reader from the information provided. Other than that, the content seems up to date.
