Slip and Slide!! Nothing sticks to this!!
This Silpat is a dream to use. I'm so happy with it, that I purchased a few more for my sisters and daughter and another for myself. Nothing sticks to the cookie sheet now. Easy to use and clean up. The size is perfect for half sheet pans. I have a recipe for apricot cresents, that would always stick to cookie sheets (high sugar content), but they slide right off of this baking mat.

Works beautifully for rolling out dough. Be sure to use the proper side, however. I made the mistake of using the underside at first. A nice big size for all kinds of uses. It might have been nice to have guide dimensions printed on the liner for rolling out pastry.

Unbelievable!
After scrubbing a pan with stuck biscuits, I decided to get this! Wow! What a wonderful idea! Worth every penny in time!!!
