I had to spend like a dollar something to get free shipping, my cats love this and even my dog was playing with it so how can you go wrong?

My cat looked at it for 2 seconds...
...then walked away.
I bought this based on the only review, which was positive...my mistake.
I also had no idea of the size and weight, since there were no specs or pictures with a cat.
The problems are: 1) the size and, 2) the weight. The base is approx. 6 x 6 inches and the spring/bob thing is 10 inches but it sags to the side...not strong enough to stand straight. The entire toy weighs so little [a couple of ounces, tops] that it will not stay put if a cat tries to scratch the base.
It might be OK for a little kitten, but not for my 10 lb. adult, who will play with just about anything...except this...;-(
I'll buy something more substantial next.

Grand fun for the kitties
I put this toy down on the carpet and my kitty launched right into it but it toppled over and the pom pom no longer bounced around. He then lost interest in it. I had to buy some carpet tape to fix it to the floor so that it would work correctly. The kitty now loves it. A great way for an indoor kitty to get amusement and exercise.
