My positive results using this Weight Loss Program with Hatha Yoga
As a continuing student of Vasanthi Bhat I have lost weight using her video. In total I have lost 25lbs in a time-span of 6 months and have been able to maintain this loss for one year. I continue to practice daily, am becoming more toned, feeling less tension and feeling more energetic as well as more relaxed.

Very Interesting Exercise DVD
I began Yoga only a few months ago and have about 5 other DVD's and decided to order this one. I am very pleased with my purchase..the instructor has a very relaxing voice and she tells you how and when to draw in a breath and then let it out.

Her exercises are kind of challenging to the novice but I found that I could bend in position quite easily. (I'm not very limber to say the least!). At the end of the workout, I felt like I had actually done something and would recommend this DVD to anyone who wants to get into Yoga, even a beginner. I want to purchase her other DVD's as well!!! You won't be sorry!

Not a Good Yoga Session
This is the worst yoga tape that I have seen. I have been practicing yoga off and on for over 5 years and I was looking for an in-home program. The video was poorly planned and the instruction is vague. It is not for the beginner or anyone to use at home.
