This is for every body!!!!
Finally someone has produced a DVD on restorative yoga that is easy to use and incredibly healing and relaxing. I go to the gym for my cardio workout, but can dim the lights and feel transported to a beach in Hawaii every time I turn on this DVD. None of the postures are difficult, so this can be used by everyone, even if you don't do any other yoga.

Super video
I recommend weekly classes to keep motivation up and get some individual guidance but for the daily routine this DVD is excellent. The problem with doing yoga at home is that you skip or rush steps and that nullifies any benefits. If you follow along with the DVD, you will be slowed down and made mindful. The production values of this DVD are very high, the voices are very soothing and the whole effect is very "restorative".

Room for improvement
I think there should be more different position shown, instead of holding the same position for several minutes. After listening to the DVD once to follow the instructions, it isn't always useful to hear them again during a practice. An option with a background music instead of the instructions should be added, otherwise it is easy to loose interest in following the routine with the DVD.
