Also, the pockets on the side which are supposed to be for holding bottles do not stretch out enough to fit anything into them... even a cell phone. I have had this bag for over a year, and I absolutely love it. I researched for weeks before I invested in it, and I am convinced I found the best bag for me. I have literally dragged it all over the world, from restaurants to markets to airplanes, and I am not exaggerating when I tell you it looks like the day I bought it. It went through the washing machine today (on gentle) and dried within a few hours. It is still in such perfect condition both inside and out that I showed it to my husband and asked, "if I told you I bought this today, would you believe me?" He answered, "absolutely.
