Great case for diabetic items!
This case is working very well for my husband's diabetic items. It keeps the bottles of insulin secure and there is ample room for all the other things he needs. It's no bigger than an eyeglass case, so it fits in his pocket.

handy insulin storage
I keep insulin in the refrigerator both at home and at work. Using this case at home for insulin as well as a couple of syringes keeps the vials from getting knocked over, broken or hidden by other items, keeps everything in one place and makes it easier pull the everything I need in and out.

Very good
Well made aluminum container for short trips without your cooler. The aluminum retains the chill for a short while and makes a fairly solid container for your injectors. I am happy with mine.
