The Reiki Timer is an Interval Timer will allow you to focus on your meditation, yoga, therapy, or Reiki session while the gentle gong helps you regulate the session without having to watch the clock. Simply set the desired gong interval of 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes and press the On/Off button. The gong will ring once after 10 seconds allowing you to take your position. The gong will ring again at the set interval and repeat with a single gong at that interval until the On/Off button is pressed or for up to 90 minutes. The gong is a digital recording of a Rin Gong Bowl accurately played over a high-quality speaker inside the natural wood housing. The sound quality is amazingly real! Excellent clock, does what it is designed for!5
I received this promptly. The chime is very organic sounding, not computer like. It is unobtrusive and very helpful if doing Reiki sessions. It is compact, and easy to travel with. The wood is very pretty too. I have gotten other Sage products before and they have been wonderful.
