Heating massage chair4
Assembly was easy but some of the screws were off just a bit making it hard for a girl to tighten. There were instructions for the assembly but there were NO instructions for the wiring connections. It was REALLY confusing because you could not see how the wires ran in the one picture of instructions. When I called the company for assistance I got a recording requesting I either visit their website to fill out a form or leave a message for a call back. I did get a call back from a human who left a message on my machine requesting I either visit their website or call back again with a more detailed account of my problem. I ended up winging it on my own and then plugged it in to the electrical outlet with my fingers crossed. It worked and I did not blow myself up. Thank goodness.

Overall, the chair is ok, especially for the price. VEry comfortable just to sit in but it is a little loud when vibrating. The heat could be a little too much for sensitive person.

Excellent chair for the money.4
Have had this recliner for over a month now. Works very well with 10 different massage patterns and 5 intensities. The heat on the lower back feels great. It is not leather, so only time will tell how durable the covering will be. It seems very well made for the price, and my wife's mom liked it so much, she ordered one too.

Returned this chair1
I did alot of searching for an economical massage chair and settled on this make and model. Once I received it, the intensity level wouldn't not adjust up or down even though the remote lists 1-5 as intensity levels. The heat is isolated to just the lumbar area, it's functional. The vibe doesn't go high enough on the shoulders, the ottoman calf massager is anemic and sits too low with the chair to get full contact on my calves.
Otherwise the chair is just plain uncomfortable, doesn't recline back far enough to get into a good position. I returned the chair, waste of my money but you might find it to be OK. It's well built, it just didn't suit me and other than the intensity not changing it was fine.

You can do better with your money.
