Since I have been going more towards organic consumption, tea, veggies, milk, snacks, I decided that my daily supplements needed to be organic as well. I only take this product as a preventive measure. Prostate cancer runs in my family, so I felt it would be a good idea to address this. The directions say to take 4 capsules a day, but I only take 2.
