Good Stuff with No side-effects
Well I must say I am pretty impressed with this stuff. I had used it a few months ago and it worked great. Combining this with a healthy diet and exercise about 2-3 times a week,( mostly strength, some cardio but most of the time I'm too busy) I lost 11 lbs. in under a month (about 3 weeks or so). I also lost several pants sizes and increased my muscle tone by quite a bit (before I had pretty flabby arms and at the end I could see some muscle tone.) And to top it all off I had NO SIDEAFFECTS WHATSOEVER!!! I don't usually use diet pills...my hubby had me try some Hydroxycut once and it made my stomach hurt and my chest feel funny and I'd never used anything since. After hearing about this stuff time and again I figured I'd try it. It gave me great energy, and no jitters or anything and I slept just fine at night. Also, I was wondering if I would just put weight back on after I stopped using it and I got busy with work for a few months and stopped taking this and pretty much stopped working out (but I did still eat healthier) and I haven't regained a lb. I'm starting to work out again and I'm thinking about trying mxls7 but if I don't like that I would definately use this stuff again in the future. Oh, I'm also a 22 year old female if this helps and went from 156 to 145.

Simply Amazing
I took this product for a mere month and i saw results .. more so around the midsection .. i can't say how many inches but there was a def loss.. I now have to wear a belt as to where I used to only wear one for show. I have re ordered and am currently awaiting my new bottle, I do wish i hadn't waited so long to order as with out the supplements I don't have the confidence to eat what I want like while i was taking them.

Not great.
I realize that all these kinds of products effect people differently, but I do not recommend this product. I was using Hydroxycut, which worked great, but gave me acne and dry flaky skin on my face. I tried this product and it gave me a headache and the feeling like I was getting sick. I also felt tired while using this which is the opposite of what I was looking for. I took it for about a week adn 1/2 and took less than the recommended dosage. When I stopped taking it, the symptoms were gone so I know that it was the product and not that I was getting sick. Take this for what its worth, but that was my experience on this product.
