Not plastic,yet still cheap!
I got these for personal reasons,and I must say these aren't the cheaper ones like plastic.They are some sort of metal.Well anyways the screw are loose and can not tighten them.The chain is also cheap and had to be careful as to not rip it apart.The slots to lock the hand cuffs have bent.The keys work sometimes.The slide lock thing to open the cuffs stick sometimes.The cloth "fur" is just about RICE PAPER thin.Do not waste your money on this if you're looking for something of good quality or for play!
