Wonderful product!
I bought these thinking what do I have to lose? Doing nothing wasn't helping, so I figured why not? Well, I am glad I did. They are a bit spendy, but worth every penny, if not more. I personally take them right before I eat, that seems to help me better. They calm your tummy down really well. And for those unforseen attacks, they work wonders, nipping it in the bud. I also take the Tummy Fiber which is another miracle supplement, and recommend buying her books as well. I went from having an attack nearly every day, to having just 1 or 2 a month. (I haven't got up to the recommended amount of fiber yet, so the attacks should become less when I do.) One more thing to note, Heather knows IBS personally, and is extremely supportive. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!
Good peppermint oil product
This product has reduced my IBS symptoms to a certain extent, but has not eliminated all my discomfort. However I can say that it is probably one of the best peppermint oil products available.
Excellent at calming the upset system
I've tried other forms of peppermint (tea and altoids) to calm my aggravated IBS. The peppermint tea didn't work and the altoids burned a hole in my stomach. Heather's product works great and doesn't irritate the stomach. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from IBS. It works better than many over-the counter or presciption cures.
