Review of Rankin's Buddy Coaching for Christians
What a wonderful and refreshing new book and author! Ms Rankin manages to take her personal experiences and put them into a format that works well in an academic setting of any age group above 7th grade. Her text is set up in a way that would make this book ideal for a church study group or a group of young adults trying to find their way in our troubled times. As a mother of 3 kids, ages 14-22, I have found myself reaching for this book since I received it as a gift and have shared it with many friends. It's refreshing that a big corporation like amazon.com takes the time to help small, new writers get a start! Keep up the good work!

Amanda Rankin's Buddy Coaching has brought the secrets of the corporate world to many who will never see the inside of a boardroom. I highly recoment Buddy Coaching to high schoolers through empty nesters. Everyone will benefit from thissimple, practical approach. It is an easy system that all can use to bring them to greater growth. It is a wonderful companion to my book, The Mentor Quest: Practical Ways to Find the Guidance You Need. These two books will help you become all that you can be.

A great relationship builder
Buddy Coaching is a great condensation of a lot of information (I've seen most of it before). It is considerably differient though because it simplifies to a point of being quickly understood, provides usable exercises to encourage real assemulation, and wraps it all in a system that allows me to choose a buddy to assist me. What a great help. I now see myself experiencing a process of becoming the person I've wanted to be.
