Editorial Reviews

From the Manufacturer
The Denali Miter Saw Stand is one of the sturdiest work stands on the market. Constructed from heavy duty steel tubes this stand is designed to provide a lifetime of service. Featuring quick release mounting brackets that allow you to easily mount and remove your saw from the stand. The two material supports can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally and the folding legs provide easy storing and transporting. Mounting system is designed to accommodate most 10-inch miter saws. Maximum allowable distance between miter saw mounting holes is 14-11/16-inches. (from front to back)

Customer Reviews

Surprise!5
I agree with the other two reviews. When my stand arrived I almost returned it when I saw it was made in China. Very glad I didn't. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. My only complaint, because I have a small shop, is that it is over 4 feet long with extensions retracted. My old Delta Sidekick stand was only a little over 2 feet. The plus is that it extends to over 9 feet, which is nice. My Bosch 4410L miter saw fits perfectly. Don't hesitate to buy this well-made piece of equipment.

stand just arrived5
I took a chance and bought this Denali stand which was priced about half ($90.00 bucks w/Amazon free shipping)the price of some other stands I`ve been eyeballing and I must say my initial reaction is this thing is built to last and is very simple and well thought out. The previous guy said buy this stand and so do I! For the money it is an excellent product that seems to be underpriced but time will tell how she holds up.
I have a giant 12" Makita dual compound slider that I have mounted on the stand and it just makes the mounting depth(from front to back)of the brackets that clamp to the stand. NOTE: (The company recomends not putting a 12" slider on this stand)although the manual states the stand has a 200lb. max weight capacity. When mounted this big saw looks right at home and is very stable through all its motions. I removed the factory rubber feet from my saw base and used a strip of vinyl cove base to sandwich between the saw and the brackets to eliminate any slippage and even out the surface of my base. The supplied carriage bolts clamp the brackets permanantly to your saw so it can be popped off with two quick levers.
I will try to retrofit some wheels and a handle to this setup so I can easily wheel it around job sites. That is the only possible gripe I may have so far about this stand (no wheels) but hey the price is right. Good job Denali!!

Not very much impressed.....!3
I'll agree with the other reviews that this is good for the money. Doesn't take much time to install and it's strong enough to hold my 10 inch saw.
My only complain is about the mechanism that hold the rollers. Those rollers are held by sliding arms. In my case, one of the rollers keep tilting way off level because the hole that slides through is much bigger than it supposed to be. This gives me some hard time to keep the other end of a trim board level when I'm cutting it on an angle. They need to make better design to attach the sliding arm to the body and stay level the way it supposed to be..
