From the Manufacturer
Hitachi's premium 12-inch miter saw blade offers the best cutting performance available. The carbide teeth are brazed with three metals allowing the tips to withstand extreme impact for maximum durability. The precision ground thin kerf allows for tight, clean, precise and fast cuts. The steel blade is laser cut keeping it flat and true for lasting performance making this 90-tooth saw blade ideal for producing ultra fine and smooth finishes in decorative moldings, veneer, laminates, soft and hard woods.

Customer Reviews

Great Blade at an unbelievable price5
I am a trim carpenter and have tried all the blades that are out there. I have always come to rely on Frued blades as the best value for the dollar. But that may have changed. This is my second Hitachi blade, and I can't say enough about it. I mainly use 12" sliding miter saws and have had problems with blade deflection. With this blade no such problem exists.

Zoom Zoom5
This is a very good blade. It cuts with so little effort that it is nearly noiseless. Plus, you can almost see your reflection on the surface of crosscuts and there's very little tear-out on the backside of the cut, even without a backing board.

I took a chance on this blade but now I would not buy anything else for my Dewalt mitre saw. Great value!

Fantastic Miter Saw Blade5
I replaced the OEM blade that came on my Dewalt DW718 miter saw, which was a pretty poor blade. This blade is marketed as thin kerf, but it was significantly thicker than the OEM blade. In fact, the OEM blade would 'sing' quite a bit while this blade is dead quiet in comparison. My first few cuts with the Hitachi blade proved it to cut plywood with very little tear out. I'm very satisfied, especially at a $40 price point. This blade makes glue-up quality cuts equal to my Woodworker II blade on my table saw for much less $$$.
