Life saver for 1st year Law Student Torts Class5
When I ordered this book, I was skeptical it would be of much use, and didn't even pick it up to help me study until the night before my final. When I finally got around to reading it, I realized that it was a wonderful resource. The tips about what to expect on the exam were very helpful and easy to remember. The information is given to you in a way that helps you retain key words and facts you need as you are writing your essay answers on the test. I believe that this book helped me more on my Final than the review of all my other materials from class and online.

Really good study aid4
This is a great study aid for all first year law students. Each of the over 600 flash cards asks and answers questions designed to assist in learning first year law school torts. Each section of the flash cards (e.g., nuisance) starts with cards setting forth the black letter law (the elements) of most of the common law torts from assault to malicious prosecution. These cards are followed with flash cards presenting short fact patterns designed to test your understanding of the specific issues concerning those black letter torts. They are very effective in helping the student to focus his or her thinking process. Informative, fun and immaginative.

I actually used these to study for my Torts final. Got an A. I've worked as a paralegal for about 10 years and knew how to take the test, but these tightened down my language and helped me review.

law in a flash review5
These flash cards were better than any supplement I have purchased, so far. Any ambiguities I had were cleared through these cards. Even topics I had a tough time with after speaking with the professor personally, were cleared up through these cards. Great for help with multiple choice questions especially, because they give great hypos. Also great for essays because they lay out the elements of each tort, defense, etc., and explain them. Also, one of my most favorite parts was the acronyms they provide. I would recommend these flash cards to anyone suffering through, or even sickly enjoying, torts.
