Good stuff, fast food I don't feel so guilty about!
Great flavor, nice and fast for times that I don't have time to cook or think about what I should eat to be healthy and good to myself.

Tastes great, but too much salt!
If I didn't have high blood pressure, I'd eat these every week. They are great tasting, filling, and vegan. If it weren't for the large amounts of salt (quite ridiculous!), I would say that these are quite "fantastic" in content. Eat these only if you don't have hypertension or are on a low sodium diet.

Excellent snack
This is low fat and good hot and sour soup. Not exactly Chinese restaurant quality, but decent soup and noodles in a jiffy. Good to keep around for those late night snack attacks. Even at $16 for 12, they are cheaper than at local health food stores, where they are around $2.50 each.
