"Miso" soup
Plentiful, tasty noodles with a flavorful broth (Yummy but it doesn't even slightly remind me of miso - it has a kind of gingery/lemongrass taste to it) with rehydrated standard veggies and a couple shiratake mushrooms included. Pretty good, all in all, especially for 140 calories.
