For the money, this is a great little set. It comes with everything in the picture except for a stethoscope. It's a little big my son (18 months, but big for his age), so I would imagine that it would be just right for a two year old. As far as durability, the scrubs are made of very thin fabric (much like real scrubs), so I don't imagine them withstanding days of rough play. That being said, they are FAR better made than many, if not most, of the costumes produced today. The lab coat is actually fairly heavy fabric and seems quite well made. All in all, this is made well enough that it could easily be passed down for several siblings and be expected to last.

This is really cute on my grandson (he has a twin sister & she got a "pink" one); however, size runs small. I should have ordered next size up. He won't be able to wear it long and he's not 3 yrs yet (and he was a "preemie").
