Green Lemonade is good and I like the way she explains things. I also like her suggestions for eating raw while traveling. She recommends bringing frozen green juice, apples and stuff like Lara bars on the flight, ordering fruit plates for breakfast, eating a vegetable sandwich for lunch and a salad with fish for dinner.

No pretty pictures of raw food here, but a variety of recipes that I've been wanting to try. I like Carol Alt's anecdotes and seeing her on CNN is actually why I decided to start eating raw in the first place.
RAWvolution: Gourmet Living CuisineRAWvolution: Gourmet Living Cuisine by Matt Amsden

Love the organization in this cookbook. Amsden simplifies things by using symbols that tell you what equipment you need to make a recipe (e.g. blender, dehydrator). I've tried the garilc dressing (a bit hit with my mom and her friends), the stuffed mushrooms (my boyfriend loved these), and the tostada (great with some Maui onions and sprouted--although not raw--corn tortillas).
Green for LifeGreen for Life by Victoria Boutenko

Yes, I realize that I need to eat more greens, and yes, smoothies are an easy way to get them into my diet, but I would have liked more concrete information (how often to rotate greens, should you rotate fruit?, etc) and less fuzzy science (a short "study" with a handful of participants). But the smoothie recipes are good.
