I am still waiting for this item to arrive. So far, I would have to say "rip off."

Great Toy
Our cats (Jack and Bobby) love this toy. We have him hanging by his neck from our curtain rod in the bedroom and they love to jump on him and swing him around. Several times they have rescued him from his noose and taken him away. Great toy, and let's face it...very entertaining given the current election climate.

My cat LOVES this toy!
My cat has a fetish for stuffed and padded things (hangers, bras, stuffed animals). She's destroyed 2 of these over the course of a couple of years, so I've just ordered several more. They're fairly durable considering that she gnaws on poor ol' Dubya like he's beef jerky. A really good toy for chewers.
